Check in can be done via verifying Guest identity (i.e Identity card / passport), follow by online hotel booking confirmation number (via online booking platform).

2. Payment

Various Payment option available (e.g cash, e-wallet and credit card). Kiosk is integrated with built in credit card machine,cash deposit machine and e-wallet provider.


Kiosk allows customer check in with Booking confirmation number from hotel online booking platform (e.g: Agoda,, Traveloka, Expedia and etc).


Upon verification and payment, Kiosk will issue Room Key Card. Guest may proceed to check in to their room.
